Pros: Very easy to set up and inflate, plus easy to deflate and store. Cons: Continually loses air!! Becomes VERY uncomfortable during the night due to air loss.

Pros: Sleeps great when it holds airSelf inflating Cons: ExpensiveLots of seam holesLack of backing from company on their productI have the memory foam queen air bed. We paid almost 200 bucks for this thing. It is very comfortable to sleep on but it is too bad the thing is faulty. There seems to be a new hole every day and it is always on the oval shaped seam. My husband doesn't think they were heat sealed correctly. I called them and they said they don't have any reports of these being flawed, I said read the Internet and you will see many unhappy customers. He said unless enough people call in they will not do a recall, so here is the number call and complain because these are faulty. I do not think they will actually do a recall but they should at least hear the complaints. I did get through to Customer service in a matter of minutes and they were not rude in anyway, but not helpful either. Maybe more consumers need to let these companies know when a product didn't perform the way it was expected to. I will not buy another Intex product. If you are thinking of buying one, DONT! This thing started leaking after only a month. I couldnt take it back for a refund because it was past 30 days. I tried calling Intex customer service and I couldn't get through. They hang up on you if you on hold more than 30 minutes.

Pros: This airbed is comfortable if you get one that doesn't leak. Cons: They seem to have a fault which causes most of them to leak.
I bought the airbed from the Home Shopping Channel and it seemed like a great bed to have as I don't have much room. I got it for my daughter who visits about 4 times a year. My first mistake was I was so sure it would work I didn't try it until 3 or 4 mos. after it arrived.It has a slow leak and after 4 hrs or so you're lying in a valley in the middle. Because I waited so long before trying it out, of course I can't return it and am stuck with it. Whatever you do test it as soon as you get it home!! I wish I had checked this site out before I bought it.

Pros: Comfortable and inflates so wonderfully.Cons: It leaks and will be a real pain to get another.
I just got on the internet to see if I could figure out how to repair my air mattress. Low and behold so many of you have the same problem as I do. I share the bed with my toddler. We woke up one night with our heads knocking together. Really comfortable! I don't have any other bed for either of us. So I guess I may have to bring it back to Walmart. That stinks because I really loved it. It is soft and the air pump is great. OH I hope I kept the reciept.

Pros: Easy to inflate and comfortable, until failure.Cons: Pump sold separately. No recourse after 90-days.
Purchased an Ozark Trail (made by Intex Corp.) Queen-size elevated airbed (UPC#078257300808)from Wal-mart in December 2006, for in-house use four nights a week. It failed after five months of use.The airbed has a seam that creates a pillow portion at one end, however the seam failed and the pillow portion grew to nearly three times its normal size. It is not leaking air, but it is almost impossible to sleep on and will shortly be replaced.I tried to obtain a new one from Intex's customer service, but they were adamant about their 90-day warranty.

Pros: the pump works nicely, charges, portable-even an option to charge from a carCons: leaks, leaks, leaks! Expensive not to have a viable/realistic replacement/repair policy.
I bought this mattress from Fingerhut, so with late charges,my absent mindedness, and their useless warranty, I've paid for this stupid thing twice over--that notwithstanding--after about 2 weeks of using this thing(or less) one of the chambers blew out, and made like one big chamber on top of one small one, instead of the 3 equal sized ones it started with-then the leaks started.I do not by any means exceed their weight limit, but it didn't matter. Mostly on the dimpled parts, but they spring up, one right after another-as soon as you locate and repair one, another takes it's place. I called the company to see about a replacement, they told me to cut off the valve and send a cut-out of where I think the problem may've occurred-but I need to use it-or I wouldn't have bought it, even in it's dilapidated state. Even if inflation only lasts half a night. I paid for an extended warranty from Fingerhut, and as of late no satisfaction there either.Apparently, if you've made effort to repair things, it hurts the warranty.Still pursuing it. Overall, a waste of money (however, the pump works beautifully!)

Dear potential sucker, My first airbed by intex sprung a leak in about a week, so I obtained a refund. I bought this model next, and it lasted almost twice as long!I am now on my third. I should have learned my lesson, but my current intex airbed has been around for about one year, and currently has 9, count 'em, NINE leaks. Everytime I patch one, another springs.Intex also makes inflateable boats. They must get sued for a lot of drownings. No wonder they have no email contact. If you buy ANY intex airbed, you are buying utter garbage.Sincerely,SidWa State
