C# Snr Software Developer - Rapid Promotion!! MCSD, London Lead your own C# product development area in 24 months! Ј5k of training and development in first 9 months! Learn SMS and gain MCSD (specialise in C#and some .Net/C++). Get your creative freedom here!! You will have developed ideally within a software house environment Enterprise scale applications using C#, Agile, WMI, RPC, MMC, WIN32 and some C++and .Net. It is likely you will have delivered 4-6 major C#projects and used to working with up to 5 projects concurrently on multiple Windows platforms - WINDOWS NT/2000/2003/2008. You will have developed commercial products used by Fortune 500/Footsie 100 companies. This software house prides itself on rewarding staff with an excellent working environment (professional, self-managed and supportive) and even better social scene (the party starts here!). Your role will be to develop robust C#, feature rich new products and enhancements to existing portfolio. You will have concurrent projects for Windows (NT/2000/2003/2008) all based on C# AND Agile development through full life-cycle so requirement analysis, build to documentation and testing. You will be involved in GUI Design, Web and Windows applications, peer reviews, define project plans, coding, bug fixing, liaising with QA to hit high pass rate and with marketing dept. to create new ideas. You will gain exposure to SQL Server 2005, Reporting Services, device drivers, TCP/IP, Multi-threading and Active Directory including GPO. Intensive training on the company products for 6 months!! Products are International best sellers!!! Some travel to client sites is required but is rare and for short periods. Mainly this is an emergency troubleshooting situation. You will help mentor junior members of the team and basic task management.
