Dust and any aggressive ambient air is unable to ingress the enclosure interior, thanks to the two separate air circuits.
The air of the enclosure interior may also be cooled to below the level of the external temperature by using air/water heat exchangers with a central recooling system. Dust is unable to penetrate the enclosure.
